Nick started the year finishing a 7 week pantomime run playing Sarah the Cook in Nigel Ellacott's "Dick Whittington" at The Kenneth More Theatre Ilford; he then donned a
wooden leg and eye-patch to play
General Von Schmelling in a tour
of "'Allo, 'Allo" for Bruce James
Productions, was bounced
around in a pony and trap on ITV's
"Heartbeat", and was the voice of
Pricerunner.co.uk on the radio;
back with Bruce James at the end
of Summer, Nick played Philip in
Alan Ayckbourn's "Relatively Speaking"
at Winchester and Weston-super-Mare.
and at Christmas...

Nick joined U.K. productions for his 7th year as Dame playing Sarah the Cook
in "Dick Whittington" at the Pavilion, Rhyl with Ken Morley, Anna Karen,
Iain Rogerson, Tara Bethan, Rik Gaynor, and good mate, Naughty Nigel Harvey.

Slightly further afield - Nick was back with The British Theatre Playhouse in "A Bedfull of Foreigners" at The Jubillee Hall Theatre, Raffles Hotel, Singapore 15 - 19 November, and at

Rehearsals for "The Railway Children"
Filmed episode of new ITV series "Bonkers" (by Sally Wainwright)
Unfortunately "The Railway Children" only played
The Opera House, Buxton as the week in Swindon
was cancelled when asbestos was discovered in
the theatre; rehearsals in London for "A Bedfull of
Foreigners"; recorded the Ricky Gervais biography,
"The Story So Far"; Oh yes, and I got married to
the actress, Lynette McMorrough.
